General Provisions

betli (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "betli") is an online entertainment betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between betli and every user of the platform.

Using betli's website, mobile version, or any related service means you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the betli platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Only those aged 21 or above may register and place bets on this platform.

To open a betli account and use its services, you must:

• Be able to operate a valid payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in your own name
• Not be subject to any active prohibition

Account Security

The minimum deposit amount on betli is ৳100, and this applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. This may take somewhat longer if an identity verification process is ongoing.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified payment methods
• betli reserves the right to verify unusual withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering has not been completed
• All withdrawals can be made from the earned balance in the account

Transaction Authenticity

In the case of suspicious transactions, betli reserves the right to hold payment until identity verification is completed. This measure may be taken in the interest of anti-money laundering and financial security.

Bonuses and Promotions

betli offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users. The following conditions apply to claiming and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

betli's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed
• The required betting must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn
• Bonus validity is limited to a specific time period
• betli reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any other fraudulent means, betli may cancel the relevant bonus and close the account.

Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when betting on the betli platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• betli reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault
• Specific betting rules for each game and sport will apply
• If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded

Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, the official result of the event will be considered final. Betting odds may change at any time, and the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.

Casino Games

For live casino, slots, and other casino games, the individual rules of each game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) apply. If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the result will be determined according to server records.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betli platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account
• Abusing any bonus or promotion
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software or automated tools
• Attempting unauthorized access to betli's systems or network
• Harassing other users or engaging in misconduct toward them
• Operating an account for a minor or assisting a minor in using an account

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, betli may immediately suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit the balance.

betli may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activities
• Court order or legal obligation

Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your betli account yourself, please contact our support team. Before closing the account, settle all pending bets and withdraw any available balance.

Responsible Gaming
